  • Live and recorded video lectures delivered by subject-matter experts;
  • Subject-wise and comprehensive mock tests and question banks;
  • Debriefing sessions designed to consolidate learning and identify conceptual gaps;
  • Performance analytics and rank projections;
  • Faculty interaction and doubt-resolution sessions.

5.2 The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service or feature at any time with reasonable notice posted on the Platform. The Company shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of Services.

5.3 Certain Services may be offered on a free trial or complimentary basis for a limited period, after which access may be restricted unless a Fee is paid. The Company will communicate the terms of any free trial at the time of its offer.

6. Fees and Payment Terms

6.1 Access to paid Services requires payment of the applicable Fees as displayed on the Platform at the time of enrolment. The current enrolment fee for the flagship Rapid Revision Programme is INR 1,999 (Indian Rupees One Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety-Nine only), inclusive of all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

6.2 All Fees are quoted and payable in Indian Rupees (INR). If you are accessing the Platform from outside India, you are responsible for any currency conversion charges or international transaction fees levied by your payment provider.

6.3 Payments must be made through the secure payment gateway(s) integrated on the Platform. The Company uses third-party payment processors and does not store your complete payment card details. By providing payment information, you authorise the Company to charge the applicable Fees through the selected payment method.

6.4 Access to purchased Services will be activated upon successful confirmation of payment by the payment gateway. In the event of a payment failure or dispute, please contact us at the details set out in Clause 20 before initiating a chargeback through your bank or card issuer.

6.5 The Company reserves the right to revise Fees for future courses or programmes at any time. Fee revisions will not affect any Services for which you have already completed payment.

6.6 Goods and Services Tax (GST) and any other applicable statutory levies will be charged in addition to the displayed Fee, where required by law, unless the displayed price is expressly stated to be inclusive of taxes.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

7.1 Given the nature of digital educational content, the following refund policy applies:

7.2 Full Refund: A full refund of the Fee paid (excluding any payment gateway transaction charges) will be processed if you submit a refund request within 24 hours of the time of purchase, provided that you have not accessed more than 10% of the Course content, including any video lectures, study materials, or tests.

7.3 No Refund: No refund will be granted if:

  • the refund request is made after 24 hours from the time of purchase; or
  • you have accessed more than 10% of the Course content; or
  • the Course or access period has already commenced and is in progress; or
  • the request is made on grounds of inability to attempt NEET PG or change in examination schedule, as such circumstances are beyond the control of the Company.

7.4 Technical Issues: If you experience a technical issue attributable solely to the Platform that prevents access to purchased content, you must report the issue to our support team within 48 hours of the incident. The Company will endeavour to resolve the issue within a reasonable time. If the issue cannot be resolved, the Company may at its discretion offer a partial refund or extended access, and no cash refund will otherwise be provided solely on grounds of technical inconvenience.

7.5 Refund requests must be submitted by email to the address set out in Clause 20, with your registered name, registered email address, order/transaction ID, and reason for the request. Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 All Content and materials on the Platform, including but not limited to videos, lectures, slides, question banks, study notes, graphics, logos, trade marks, and software, are the exclusive Intellectual Property of the Company or are licensed to the Company by the respective faculty or content partners. All rights are reserved.

8.2 Upon payment of the applicable Fees, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use the purchased Content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This licence does not confer any ownership right.

8.3 You expressly agree that you shall not, without the prior written consent of the Company:

  • reproduce, copy, download, distribute, publicly display, broadcast, or transmit any Content in any form or by any means;
  • record (by screen capture, screen recording software, or any other means), photograph, or create derivative works of any Content;
  • sell, resell, sub-license, rent, or otherwise exploit the Content or any part thereof for commercial gain;
  • upload any Content to any third-party platform, including but not limited to YouTube, Telegram, WhatsApp, or any cloud storage service accessible by others;
  • use the Content for any coaching, tutoring, or commercial teaching activity;
  • reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.

8.4 Any unauthorised use of the Content constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may also constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws, exposing you to civil and criminal liability. The Company reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including seeking injunctive relief and damages.

8.5 The NEET Guruji name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of the Company. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to use such marks without express written permission.

9. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

9.1 You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit anyone’s use and enjoyment of the Platform. Without limiting the foregoing, you agree not to:

  • create multiple Accounts to circumvent suspensions or access restrictions;
  • share, post, or otherwise distribute Course access links, login credentials, or Content with third parties.

9.2 The Company reserves the right, without notice and at its sole discretion, to remove any content posted by a User that violates these Terms, and to suspend or terminate the Account of any User who engages in prohibited activities.

10. Course Access and Duration

10.1 Access to a Course will be granted from the date of successful enrolment (payment confirmation) and will remain available for the access period specified on the relevant course page at the time of purchase. The Company will endeavour to display access periods clearly; where not specified, the default access period is 60 days from the date of enrolment.

10.2 The Company does not guarantee that the Platform or any Content will be available without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or circumstances beyond the Company’s control (including force majeure events) may result in temporary unavailability. The Company will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance.

10.3 Upon expiry of the access period, your access to the Course content may be discontinued. The Company is under no obligation to extend access beyond the stated period, but may offer extensions at its discretion on a case-by-case basis.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

12.1 The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources. These links are provided for convenience only. The Company has no control over and accepts no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party website or service.

12.2 The inclusion of any third-party link does not constitute an endorsement by the Company of the linked website or its operator. You access third-party links at your own risk and should review the applicable terms and privacy policies of those third parties.

12.3 The Platform uses third-party services such as payment gateways, cloud storage providers, and analytics tools. Your use of such services through the Platform may be subject to the terms and conditions of those third-party providers.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

13.1 THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY.

13.2 The Company does not warrant that:

  • the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components;
  • the Content is accurate, complete, current, or free from errors;
  • the Services will meet your specific educational requirements or result in a particular examination score, rank, or outcome;
  • any defects in the Platform will be corrected.

13.3 The Content is prepared by medical educators for general educational purposes and does not constitute professional medical advice. Enrolment in any Course does not guarantee success in NEET PG or any other examination. Results depend on individual effort, preparation, and a variety of other factors outside the control of the Company.

13.4 The Company makes no representation regarding the accuracy or currency of information about the NEET PG examination, including its syllabus, schedule, or marking scheme. You are advised to refer to the official communications of the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) for authoritative information.

14. Limitation of Liability

14.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company, its directors, officers, employees, agents, faculty, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any:

  • indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
  • loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill;
  • damages arising from your inability to access or use the Platform or Services;
  • damages arising from the conduct of third parties on the Platform;
  • damages arising from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the Content;

whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

14.2 In any event, the Company’s aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total Fees actually paid by you to the Company in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14.3 Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages. If you are located in such a jurisdiction, the above limitations may not apply to you to the extent that they conflict with mandatory applicable law.

15. Indemnification

15.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its directors, officers, employees, agents, faculty, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:

16.1 These Terms commence on the date you first access or use the Platform and remain in effect until terminated by either party in accordance with this Clause.

16.2 You may terminate your Account at any time by sending a written request to the Company’s support email address. Termination will take effect within a reasonable time after the Company processes your request. No refund of Fees will be provided upon voluntary termination, except in accordance with the Refund Policy in Clause 7.

16.3 The Company may, in its sole discretion, suspend or permanently terminate your Account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

  • you breach any provision of these Terms;
  • the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that you have engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct;
  • you fail to pay applicable Fees;

17. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms to the extent that such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, government orders or restrictions, internet or power outages, strikes, lockouts, civil unrest, or failure of third-party service providers. In such circumstances, the Company will endeavour to notify you and resume performance as soon as reasonably practicable.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

18.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

18.3 If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably within the period specified in Clause 18.2, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the parties. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Kolkata, West Bengal. The language of arbitration shall be English.

18.4 Subject to the foregoing arbitration clause, the courts of competent jurisdiction at Kolkata, West Bengal, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter arising out of or in connection with these Terms that is not submitted to arbitration.

18.5 Nothing in this Clause shall prevent the Company from seeking urgent or interim injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain any breach of these Terms or infringement of its Intellectual Property rights.

19. General Provisions

19.1 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.

19.2 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if it cannot be so modified, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

19.3 Waiver. No failure or delay by the Company in exercising any right, power, or remedy under these Terms shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right, power, or remedy preclude any other or further exercise of the same or any other right, power, or remedy.

19.4 Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party without the prior written consent of the Company. The Company may freely assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, without restriction.

19.6 Consumer Protection. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (as amended), the Information Technology Act, 2000, or any other applicable Indian consumer protection legislation to the extent such rights cannot be contractually excluded.

19.7 Electronic Communications. You consent to receiving communications from the Company electronically (including by email, SMS, or notifications on the Platform). You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided electronically satisfy any requirement that such communications be in writing.

19.8 Language. These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
